This company will give you a low quote then raise the price on you when they find a transport company. They will tell you the transport company demands more money but in reality the broker company wants more money or won't take a commission cut even when they promised you a lower quote. I was quoted $495 and ended up paying $550 in the end. When I asked the driver how much he got for delivering the car door to door he showed me he was only paid $350 for everything, so why did they raise it from $495 to $550? Also they will not tell you that they demand cash on the spot upon delivering your car, I was told I could pay the rest with my credit card like how I paid the $200 deposit. But thats not what happened when the driver showed up to drop off the car to my mom, he asked for $350 CASH on the spot. Imagine the problem they had when we were not told we had to pay in cash or we would had it. My 60 year old mother did not have $350 in her purse AND the bank was closed. So she had to go around and ask friends for cash because the driver didn't even have money to get home on. I try not to leave bad reviews EVER and believe me it was not the drivers fault he only does what this company tells him. This company needs to inform people of the whole process but after you pay this company $200 to find you a transport for your car, you won't hear from them anymore. They also promise you $25 back if you leave a good review and put that you were not paid when you were.

So sorry you were not happy with the experience. It is not our practice to bait and switch, we try to offer a reasonable quote from the start. However, some areas and routes are less served than others, and from time to time available carriers do make a counter-offer higher than what we quoted. We do charge a standard broker fee, which we actually reduced to help confirm your carrier for you. We explain the COD payment online in our terms when you place your order, and in the dispatch notice we send. We also rebate for reviews even when they are not positive (like this one.)
