Safe-Direct handled my tranport efficiently and effectively. The time to identify a carrier took longer than expected. This was due to my not needing the vehicle right away and working with Safe-Direct to post a lower carrier cost and increment as needed. The only confusion during the process was with the carrier. The carrier did a great job, but I had to contact them for updates on delivery times. This was complicated by my being out of town during the delivery day. I would use Safe-Direct services again.
