I was apprehensive about using a car transport company. I didn't know anything about the process. Tim at Safe-Direct was helpful throughout and explained things clearly. The carrier was also very helpful. I got a call the night before the scheduled delivery asking to deliver that night (the driver was ahead of schedule). I agreed and he dropped our car off at 9:00 that evening. We arranged the dropoff 2 blocks away as our street is too narrow for an 18 wheeler. The driver was polite and professional. The car was in good shape, not even that dirty from the trip in an open carrier. All in all a pleasant, painless experience. I'd highly recommend Safe-Direct to anyone.
