The broker was always prompt and helpful plus had great communication. However, the auto transport company I was assigned was a bit lackluster for me. I was told they would call to give me updates and never once recieved a call from them. I had to initiate ALL contact with the driver. Very nice man but had no concept of common courtesy of keeping me up to date and informed on my investment. Pick up was a day later than anticipated which was fine, but delivery was delayed repeatedly due to weather. That wouldn't have bothered me if the driver would have called to tell me what was going on. But, for some reason calling me was not a priority and I was left wondering if and when I'd ever get my car. When I finally did, there was damage to the rear bumper and am now in the process of filing a claim with the shipper. All in all, I rate the broker as A+, but the shipper a C-.
