I just shipped my BMW from the canyons of NYC to the Hills of LA. Tim walked me through the entire process, was proactive in calling me and explaining the process, and what to expect when. The carrier he hooked me up with was awesome. The driver knew exactly how to navigate my neighborhood in NYC to make for an easy and on time pick up. He was professional, respectful and friendly. The car arrived a day before I thought it would. All good.
