I was moving across the country and had enough to stress about. Tom made setting everything up very easy and was upfront about everything. The price was about what most other large companies were charging. I was initially shipping from South Carolina and had trouble finding a carrier. After switching to North Carolina, I had a carrier in a few hours. Overall, it took several days after my first available date to get a carrier, but the delivery time was very prompt.
