Pros
I liked having a dedicated representative helping me through the process. This was my first car transport experience and from stories others have told, mine went quite smoothly.

Cons
Other than the stolen windshield wipers, the car was delivered whole and intact.
The initial quote did not prove sufficient to attract a shipper. After 2 weeks, I had to add $100.00 and all of a sudden the car was picked up within hours.
O&K Auto Transport told me the car would be delivered 24-36 hours after pick up. The car did not arrive within this timeframe. I called them and they told me that an order had been canceled so the delivery would be delayed while they picked up additional orders. I had to arrange a new delivery time. Once a new delivery time was established, the driver came 20 minutes early, so it was nice that I didn’t have to miss any work.

Overall I would recommend Safe-Direct because of the one on one customer service and the dedication to making sure the vehicle gets to its final destination in one piece. This is pretty much all you can ask in the auto transport business.
