Jason was very responsive, arranged for the pickup of the vehicle by carrier - Auto Trans Group Inc, after placing an order on Wednesday.

My car was picked up on Friday afternoon in Illinois without any issue;The car arrived on Monday in Houston, it arrived earlier than I expected. The driver Alex did a good job and was very accommodating.
I would use Safe-direct again.
