Great Company to do Business with would use again

Had an very good experience with Safe Direct Car Shipping. I seen that they had a very high rating on people who would use them again. If I rember right it was over 90%. I contacted them by email and got a responce from Chris Spencer. He informed me of who they were and what they could do for me. The selling point for me was that they required no down payment until they assign a carrier to pickup your vehicle. Then and only then do you make a down payment. Not like most of the other brokers that want your money up front. After the carrier was assigned which took a couple of days, Kevin Hall of Hall Towing contacted me with a solid pickup time. I informed my son which had the truck that Kevin should be there within an hour of the stated time. Kevin contacted him that morning and told him that he would be there by 10:30am. Kevin was a few minutes late due to traffic being bad in LA. It took Kevin about 5 minutes to load the truck and was on his way to his next stop. He was very courteous to my son while he was there. That same day I received a call from Chris wanting to know if the truck had been picked up. I informed him of what had transpired. Tuesday afternoon Kevin contacted me and informed me that he should be arriving late Wednesday night. I informed him to contact me at least an hour before he was to arrive. Wednesday afternoon I got another call from Kevin and said he should be arriving around 9:00pm after he drops off a car in Indy. About 8:00pm Kevin called and said he was running late and should be there by 10:00pm and wanted to know if that was ok. I said that would be fine. Kevin showed up a little after 10:00 and unloaded my truck. He was very friendly. I paid Kevin and then he left. I found out they he just lives 45 miles away from me. The next day I got a call from Chris wanting to know if everything went ok. I informed him of what took place and told him that I was impressed with Kevin Hall and appreciated him (Chris) keeping in touch with me thru the transaction.
After what has taken place I would recommend Safe Direct Car Shipping and Hall Towing to anyone that needs to use their services. I am totally satisfied with them.
