I had every confidence in the person (Jason) with whom I was in constant contact and he kept me reassured in every aspect. I was impressed with his efficiency and good manners. The driver kept in touch by phone as well. One time when Jason was not available, I spoke with his supervisor and she was extremely polite and sweet and set my mind at rest! The car arrived with no transit damage whatever!
