I searched and read reviews on plenty of brokers and truck carriers for weeks before deciding to use Safe-Direct car shipping. I did not want to be added to the horror stories that I read on Transport reviews. I picked Safe-Direct because of their BBB ratings and reviews and after talking with Jason, I felt that they would provide prompt service with satisfaction. At first I was not happy that they offered Siegfried Transportation to ship my expensive car. But Jason provided me with insurance and other credentials for Siegfried Transportation and allowed me to talk with the driver. The driver worked with us to accommodate our schedule. He was very professional and courteous and highly qualified to safely move my vehicle. We were able to keep in touch with him during the whole time. Except for being dirty the car arrived safely. My overall experience was very good and priced reasonably and I will use Safe direct as well as Siegfried Transportation again.
