My experience with safe direct auto shipping is perfect. I bought a new Evo from CA and shipped to WA.
(1). Easy and clear quote: They give clear quote in email in less than 12 hours. They don't push me like other company who keep spamming my email or hammering my phone.They just give me an order number and whenever I'm ready I can start the process.
(2). Fast scheduling. As soon as my dealer tell me my new car is good to go, I contact safe-direct. They replied very soon and tell me they're able to find a carrier and can pick up the car next day. The next morning the carrier pick up my car, less than 24 hours after I confirm the order.
(3). Fast delivery. On Thursday the truck driver called me say I can get my car the next morning at 9am, and he made it on time, car is super clean, no damage, the driver is very nice.I do feel the carrier they selected for me is a good company.
(4).Good communication. David is my contact through the whole process. I like communication through email because everything is clear, and David always reply timely, even at after hour at 11pm.
(5). Good price. I quoted a few places, all quote around $900, I got my quote here with only $745, also they are insurance guaranteed though it's not used in my case.
