Great Experience with Safe-Direct!

Jason at Safe-Direct responded very promptly to my request for quote. He then proceeded to very professionally explain the process of automobile delivery. He followed that verbal explanation with a series of emails which contained both text and short videos that very clearly and consisely explained the process. By the time I finished watching these short videos and reading the text, I knew exactly what should happen. In retrospect, that is EXACTLY what happened for me. There was a two-day delay before a shipper accepted my order, but Jason had explained that this could happen. The shipper that ended up transporting my van was very courteous and helpful, and did a great job in keeping me informed as to where my van was, and when I could expect to meet him to take delivery of the van. Overall, I am very pleased by the service I received. Safe-Direct provided great service for a price that was somewhere between the low end and high end of quotes I received from other shipping brokers. I highly recommend them!
