I was very pleased with my experience shipping my Hyundai with Safe-Direct. Since this was the first time I have shipped a car, I had many questions to ask. Tom, a representative, was incredibly helpful in answering those questions and took the time to explain all that he thought I needed to know about the car shipping process (something no other company took the time to do). My vehicle was picked up soon after I placed the order and was delivered right to my door step and in a timely manner too. My vehicle arrived just the way I left it, in good shape. I'll also say that the customer service from everyone I interacted with was pleasant. Whether you're shipping your car for the first time or the 4th time, I would recommend shipping wih Safe-Direct.
