Jason was very easy to work with. He explained the process and what we should expect right up to delivery. It took a few days for a carrier to pick up the order and we actually increased our amount for shipping $100.00. 24 hours after, we were notified a carrier picked up our order.

Our only issue was upon arrival of the car. Someone had spilled something in the car that was very strong and a foul odor. The dealer (New York) said the car was perfect, detailed, full of gas without any smells. The truck driver said the car was already loaded when he picked the truck up in New Jersey. So, no one admitted to the source of the spill plus a quarter tank of gas gone. We assume the car was driven from NY to New Jersey which allowed the opportunity for a spill, gas gone, etc.

Jason advised us to contact the carrier and request the cost of cleaning the car but we worked over the next day and a half to get rid of the smell. Now, a week later, the smell is gone. *It was frustrating but ultimately, we were happy to get the car without any body damage or interior damage so the aggravation of the smell was easier to deal with.

If we ever need to have a car shipped in the future, we would definitely consider Jason and Safe Direct.
