Safe-Direct was super-fast in working out arrangements. The drivers were extremely careful and thorough in loading and unloading my car. Pickup and delivery times were slightly late (by ~1-1.5 hours) than specified, so I wouldn't suggest making really tight plans (but thought that was reasonable). I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for safe transportation of their vehicle and looking for clear communication in the entire process.
