Lack of English on truck drivers part

Jason at Safe-Direct was wonderful and helpful, but the driver for the company chosen to transport did not speak a word of English, and the contact person of the chosen company could never be reached as her voice message box was either full or her answering service was turned off. My truck did arrive safeley and with no damage.
