I had a great experience using Safe-Direct! Extremely helpful and trustworthy from Day 1. I was originally using American Van Lines, which is the company who moved all of our personal belongings and furniture cross-country. WARNING: DO NOT USE AVL! It was a nightmare. They were trying to push back my pickup date, and telling me I owed them more money that what was agreed upon. Immediately, I contacted Safe-Direct after seeing their great reviews online. Dave was extremely helpful, and even helped me to understand the scheme that AVL was trying to pull on me! He advised me to request that my name be pulled from Central Dispatching so that other drivers would not continue to call me on my order, and even persisted that he would follow up and check himself to make sure my order was removed. My car was picked up the very same day I spoke with Dave, and was delievered in 11 short days - 3 days sooner than AVL "promised". It got here safe and sound and unharmed! I cannot say enough positive things about this company!
