Pickup was quick and I was quoted 7-10 days for delivery but delivery took 12 days which is no big deal. Just wish they could give better estimates on delivery dates because I was anxious to recieve my m3. The car arrived dirty as expected (being on a truck for 12 days) but a car wash took care of the dirt. There were no scratches/damage by the carrier. The price/service was good. I would use them again.
