This was my first experience dealing with car transportation and having it shipped from one coast to the other only added to the stress. There was little to no hold times when I called the company and Tom was very pleasant yet to the point, and honest with the details of getting this done. Even though figuring out a way to get my car transported turned out to be pretty complicated, Tom was easily able to get me and my other contacts through the steps to make it happen. The only minor problems to note is that the truck driver was a couple days late for the expected pick up date, and he was also late for delivery and despite notice from the start that delivery had to be after 6pm he was unable to commit and had us pick up the car the next morning.
Everything worked out in the end due to prompt communication though and I never specified special dates for pick up or delivery, so other than the inconvenience of having rush to pick up the car in the morning before work this is minor. Overall the service from this company was excellent and I am now a lot more knowledgeable about how this whole process works thanks to Tom, I will be using them again if the need ever arises.
