David was very prompt in returning my phone calls and/or emails. I received a lot of information that clearly explained how the process works. The car was delivered much later than expected, but that was due to truck problems. There was a mix-up in the final cost - it wasn't a major amount of money - so just confirm the price. And, the bump up in cost was due to the rapidly rising gas prices.

Overall, a very good experience.
