Safe Direct was great, Skyline Auto was a bit trickier

My interactions with Tom from Safe Direct were great. He kept me informed about my bulletin and was very helpful as a liaison to Skyline Auto Transport.

Unfortunately Skyline Auto Transport forgot when I said I was available to pick up the car, then took an entire day to deliver my car on the day I said I was available in the morning. During that day I repeatedly called them and got several responses of "the driver will be there in 60/45/20 minutes" when in reality it took hours. This seems to be more a fault on the driver's part, but there seemed to be a lack of communication within Skyline Auto Transport.

Safe Direct was great though, I would definitely use them again.
