David @ Car Safe-Direct was great and knowledgeable. The carrier they assigned to the transport... Absolutely horrendous. The Carrier Braz Carriers Inc was late for pick up because of alleged DOT issues,wanted half the money up front. Driver stated he needed the money for fuel, but then that reason changed when challenged. (Fuel is an important part of there job..Think they might have money for fuel before taking job) We received a call from driver on the road saying he would be delivering on Sunday, but then through a series of phone calls calls Braz Carriers Inc did not deliver the vehicles until Thursday.(4 Days late and later then they stated not Safe-Direct)Again for DOT issues etc. So we were told anyway.(Hmm trucks seem to have a lot of DOT issues.If you believe them)

Although the experience,knowledge,and attention form Safe-Direct was spot on,in this transaction the carrier hired was a VERY irresponsible and left a very sour taste with us. We hope Safe-Direct reconsiders using this "Screened" carrier in the future. Would not want anyone to go through the experience we did !!

Dean, we wholeheartedly agree and have removed them from our list. We would also warn others against using them as well. We certainly won't. The only blessing is that the cars arrived without a scratch. Our apologies for the experience. 866-221-1664 http://www.shipacardirect.com/
