Overall a good experience. Jennifer was always very helpful and answered all my questions. The carriers themselves could have been better communicators. Its not that they were not easily reach, but ALL communication was initiated by me. Examples- I found out the carriers truck broke down and they were behind when I called. I found out the truck was arriving that evening when I called that afternoon. In the end my truck arrived in fine shape- only a little dusty.
