I used Safe-Direct to ship my car from California to New York and the process went so smoothly. Long story short though is after I shipped my vehicle I decided I did not want to move to NY. I called Tom and he tried to help in anyway that he could but unfortunately there was nothing I could do but wait for my car to make it to NY then ship it back to CA. I talked to Tom once my car arrived in NY and arranged for my car to get shipped back. I was in NY for 2 weeks to handle business and I was hoping to get my vehicle shipped back before I left. For some reason it was much more difficult to find someone to pick up my car in NY but Tom kept in touch the whole time and was able to pull through last minute. We found someone to pick up my car the morning of the day I had to fly out. I talked to Tom and he was worried that it was the day of my flight so he talked to the driver and was able for to arrange for him to come the night before the day I had to fly out instead. I would also like to note the driver was amazing. The friendliest and most courteous driver I have dealt with so far. His name was Dimitri with GIT carriers. He got my vehicle to CA two days earlier then expected! My car was dirty but nothing a car wash couldn't handle. Overall I have had the BEST experience with Tom and Safe-Direct. I'm hoping I won't have to ship my car again anytime in the future but if I do I will definitely work with them again!!
