Ship a Car Direct

I am a repeat customer having used Safe Direct in the past when they operated as "Honesty First". . . was very satisfied with the service, and would say as well for this recent move with few exceptions, none of which would prevent me from highly recommending and using Safe Direct in the future. I work in areas of transportation in my day job, and understand that booking transport in early January increases the chance of facing end-of-year backlog of all kinds of freight (thus the 16 day wait before a carrier could be booked). On the other hand, the car was delivered in 3 days! The point is that there can be factors within the economy, the system as a whole, time of month, time of year, etc. that are beyond the control of the transport company and can affect everyone, not just you. Thus, challenges can occur in the process no matter which outfit you go with. . . so why not use the one with the best, most detailed, responsive, up-front, and informative customer service, to contract fully vetted carriers using the best guarantee for damage in the industry, should (heaven forbid) something happen. Even the carrier dispatch and drivers are knowledgeable, cautious, professional, keep in good contact throughout the process, demonstrate that they understand how important your vehicle is to you, and value the success of it's safe delivery to your destination. And remember, the idea is not necessarily the cheapest quote (though we all want the best bang for the buck), but competitive enough to get your freight moved. So for those new to this sort of thing, be patient, flexible where justified, expect a little dirt when it arrives (especially for open carriers), and go with the best.
