This is the third time that I've used Safe-Direct (formerly HonestyFirst) and Jennifer was my point person each time. This time there was an issue with the first carrier she assigned, that they were flaky. But she jumped into action and found another carrier who was able to pick up the car really fast.

The carrier gave me the option of delivery at my location or the ability to pick up the car a day early at the carrrier's depot. I opted for the latter. Car was in great shape and everything was good.

Jennifer will be my first choice if/when I need a fourth move.
