The client was advised that moving a vehicle would take roughly a month from Corner Brook to Regina from the pick up date, updates were given to the client and their wife as they were received from dispatch, and the vehicle was delivered within that time frame. Unfortunately, after a vehicle is in the process of being shipped, sometimes things change for people, and they want their vehicle even quicker than the time line that was given to them. When shipping a vehicle, we always give a transit time (when a vehicle is physically being moved), and an overall rough time frame the transporting of a vehicle will take. We wish we could have been able to speed up the process, but in reality that just could not happen, and we feel bad about that.
