The whole process of transporting our vehicle across the country was made relatively simple with Red Carpet Auto Transport. There were few issues that reflected our overall rating. The main problem that we continued to have until pickup was due to the contracted drivers and their dispatch. They were unclear when pickup was to happen, suggesting first one then two days prior to our window, then not contacting us when they were clearly not going to pick it up the day they had said they would. In their defense there was a winter storm that blocked the highway, but they continued to be mis-informed about the conditions and about the day of pickup. Once they picked up the truck the two drivers made it to MD in two days. A quick delivery.
