This was my first out of state purchase and experience using a shipping company but I couldn't be more satisfied. My agent was extremely courteous and kept in constant contact, providing me with updates throughout the entire experience from initial quote till delivery date. This helped me immensely as I was nervous about the entire situation, from buying a car sight unseen and then having it shipped to me instead of picking it up myself.
The only hitch experienced was due to a carrier company backing out on picking up my vehicle due to being overloaded. Surprisingly my agent was able to locate another carrier and even held the original pick-up/delivery date. I was even estimated to receive the vehicle 7 days after pick-up (1800 miles away) and it arrived after only 2 days, shockingly fast service.
I spoke with a few other transportation companies when I received initial quotes but none seemed as knowledgeable and as willing to spend time answering my questions and concerns as much as Red Carpet. Should I have the need to ship another vehicle they will be my first contact, as their price was very competitive and peace of mind is easily worth more than a few dollars saved.
