Initially, I was very reluctant to have a car shipped because of the uncertainty of the whole situation. After doing a little research on the internet about car shipping services, I decided to call Red Carpet because of the reviews that I had read online. Upon calling, I was connected to Julie who made me feel very comfortable about having a car shipped. One of the first questions I asked was of course about the price. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that if would only be a little over $400, then after a $50 rebate, it would only cost me around $370. She answered all my questions very effectively, and was always available when I needed to call and ask more questions. The actual service was extremely fast. The car was actually picked up the first day that the car was available, and the car was delivered the next morning. Throughout the process of having and picked up, Julie kept me well informed of how the process was taking place. She called the transport driver and had him call me to set up a drop off time. Julie then called the next day, which was a Saturday to check and see if the car was delivered safely. The whole experience was very easy, and if I needed to have a car shipped again, I would definitely call Red Carpet.
