after submitting an email for a quote to ship a jeep across a couple states. i recieved a call from Julie at red carpet auto. she was very polite and understanding. my situation was a little hectic, but we worked it out smoothly. she kept in touch the entire time and i never felt i was being ignored. thank you Julie! i also received my vehicle 3 days earlier than expected. i will definitely use their service in the future.
