I read good and bad reviews on the web about Red Capet and hestidated if I should choose it for my car's moving from CA to CT. Robyn is very knowledgeable and very paitiant to answer all my worries before I make the final order.

Both my co-worker and I made the order with Robyn at the same time but unfuturnately my co-worker eventually cancelled the order due to the keeping delay for the car pick up by the carrier.
My order on the other hand went so excellent from the pick up to delivery. I understand that there are lots of unexpectable conditions happen on the road and Robyn plays a role to help communicate between me and the carrier.

My car is actually arrived CT one day before I did. Originally the carrier was asking me to accept the delivery earlier so they can get the truck going to the next desitnation. But my flight scheudle was set long ago and I specifically emphasized my shceudle when making the order. Robyn hepoed to communication with the carrier and the truck driver ended up stay in CT overnight and wait for my flight's arrival to delivery me the car.
