A thousand thank-you's to Plaza!!!!!!!!!!
I had been trying to transport my car from CT to CA since April!!!!! Everyone has (had) the same line: 7-10 days, yadda yadda yadda.......NOT!!!!!!!! One company, Honesty First Auto Transport, secured a driver rather quickly; however, the driver, while in CT and only 1/2 hour from my home on an early, sunny Saturday morning, states to me he had to get work done on his headlights (which was the reason he didn't get my car the night before....as scheduled.....he claimed he had a mechanic but it would take hours, could we push it out to Saturday? I said, not a problem! So when he started telling me AGAIN that his headlights needed work, I simply asked him, "What does that have to do with you picking up my car???" (1/2 hour away)......he abruptly said: You know what lady, I'm not going to take your car......and hung up on me!!!!! When I notified Honesty Auto all Jennifer would say is, "things do come up from time to time with the drivers, we'll refund you a.s.a.p."Nothing about I'm so sorry, that is unacceptable, etc., etc., etc. She defended him 100 percent and called it a day. End of story. This is "customer service..?????!!!!!!!!!!"
A day or two later, I decided to call Jim at Plaza Auto and was extremely skeptical over the promises and timeframes - - I just wanted my car here. Within 3 days, I was contacted by John telling me they secured a driver through Carey's Auto Transport; Dean from Carey was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was 24 hours early on the pickup and was as close to door-to-door as you could get - - - - - without a hitch!!!!!!! I highly recommend Plaza Auto Transport ABOVE THE REST - - because, simply put..............
THEY DELIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yoursself the screening process, headaches, anguish, and time waiting for repayment on deposits............take my word for it, Plaza Auto Transport IS the way to go!!! Thanks again, Jim and John.....you guys rock!!
