my vehicle has sat over two weeks with empty promises and lies. never delivered on anything. original qoute went up, after promised it would'nt. joyce said she has been in the business over 7 years, and come to find out she has just recently returned. dispatchers are to busy for you when you call and never call you back, when they say they will. joyce never calls back either. talked a big game just to get you to say yes, then bails from you after. company is a complete lie and joke. should not be in business.

Brandon, We greatly apologize for the misunderstanding. I would just like to explain our position on this. We placed this order on June 28th 2011 under [Standard Shipping], this allotting us a period of 10 [Business] days to locate and assign a hauler. Per our contract which was sent out on the 28th of June, “All orders are placed for standard shipping which constitutes pickup of the vehicle(s) within 7-10 business days of the first available pickup date- unless otherwise noted with a contract addendum”. This customer did not allow sufficient time for us to locate and assign a hauler for a large Chevy 1500 Ex Cab on a difficult route from WV – NM. This was discussed on the initial phone call however, Brandon in reality you were sent our terms and conditions in writing. We did nothing but put all of our effort toward locating your carrier and we were unsuccessful in the 7 [business] days you allowed. At no time did we receive any calls or messages from our dispatch department as each phone call is tracked and monitored/recorded. Again we apologize for the misunderstanding.
