Transportation of BMW 328xi from NJ to SF

After extensive online researching and reading all of the horror stories, I was extremely hesitant and worried about finding a broker and a trucking company to transport my daughter's car from our home in NJ to her school in San Fran, CA. There were so many things that could potentially go wrong. I actually started looking in late June and received many quotes that were all different prices and the prices seemed to be rising as we approach August. I was somewhat flexible on pickup and drop-off dates and exact locations. The broker explained the process carefully and did not demand a credit card, like many of the other brokers. Then the dispatcher took over and arranged everything. The most pleasant surprise was the speed of the car transport company, Philly Express Group (formerly known as Puma in Bensalem, PA). I dropped the car off nearby to our home in Morris County, NJ on Thursday morning at a local yard, the car was put on the open carrier on Friday morning and it was delivered to a public BMW dealership right in San Francisco today - only 3 days in transit !! No scratches or dents on the exterior of the car and everything inside the car/trunk was intact. The driver called us yesterday to give us an ETA to San Francisco and the exact pickup meeting location. He was right on time. Could not have asked for a more organized and worry-free experience, as a first time customer. Will recommend both the broker (United American Auto Transport) and the shipper/carrier whole-heartedly to anyone who asks. They are completely licensed by the DOT and their insurance is completely active and on the up and up. No problems at all. Thank you for your great service !
