Terrible Customer Service and Inability to Admit Fault

The Philly Express group was contracted by Auto Shipping Group to move our 2 vehicles from New Jersey to California in August. In our contract, it clearly stated that we would not be in California until August 4, and therefore would not be able to pick up our cars prior to that date. On the day of the pickup in New Jersey, the Philly Express driver notified me that he would pick up the cars between 9 and 10am. He did not arrive until 12pm. On August 3, the same driver called from California to say that he had arrived with our cars. I then told him that our flight would not get in until that evening, but if it did somehow get in at a reasonable hour, we would try to pick the cars up. We did not confirm that we would pick the cars up, and no change was made in our original contract. That evening, when we arrived in California around 11pm, I notified the driver that we would be not be able to pick up the cars until August 4, our original pickup date. He then told me he had been waiting all day for us, even though we did not confirm pickup for that day, and threatened us saying that we would now not get our cars at all. We immediately wrote to Auto Shipping Group who told us on the morning of August 4 to call the Philly Express Group headquarters to speak to the manager. When we spoke to the manager on August 4, he said that we were at fault even though the details of our contract had never changed. Furthermore, we were now being charged a $100 storage fee and would have to pick up our cars from a third party location 45 minutes away from our place of residence. We picked up our cars, and I noticed while driving away that my windshield was cracked as well - a crack that did not exist prior to the move. The following day I contacted Philly Express Group. The manager was not at all willing to hear our complaints, even though they were civilly and calmly stated, and hung up on us mid-conversation.
