This was the first time transporting a vehicle and I didn't know how it all worked. Gilbert held my hand through the whole process and kept me up-to-date. I was transporting a restored early model Bronco that was pretty tall and Gilbert took care of making sure the carrier was the correct choice for the job. The truck arrived in beautiful condition and Gilbert walked me what I needed to do to recieve the truck and pay the driver which eased my concerns. Thank you Gilbert for the awesome job.
