Naples to St.Louis car delivery

One of my cars was picked up in Naples, FL on June 21st with destination of my residence in Clayton, MO. The car was delivered two days later and the driver called to tell me the delivery had been made. When I called the front desk manager of our building he told me that no car was delivered ! Just to be sure, the Valet team looked for the car in the garage which should have been next to my other car but no car was found. I was in a state of shock since the car was fully loaded with clothes and suitcases and I called Passport to ask "where in the hell is my car" to find out once they had contacted the driver that he left it with a valet at the Ritz to park until I arrived. The Hotel is nearby but not the same address and with help from my daughter and the valets at our building we found the car parked in the Ritz garage ! The driver and company apologized but to me this was no even close to compensating me for the angst of hunting down the car, and will not use this company ever again.

Hi Ron, We apologize the driver made an error and delivered the car to the building next to yours. The driver did give correct info where the vehicle was safely left at the RITZ CARLTON and we are glad that they quickly located the car and that it was safe in the same condition as when picked up in Naples. We did pick up on time and arrived in just 2 days and the car remained in the same condition as when picked up so I feel your 1 star rating is harsh but understand the unnecessary stress we caused and would be willing to offer a discount should you need to use transport services again.
