I recently had a car transported from NJ to MS. I dealt with John at the office and Carl was my driver. The customer service was great. Any time I had a question they were on top of it. They gave me a tracking number where I could follow the progress of the transport across the country. The driver made several call to me during the process to keep me up to date. In the world we live in today it is seldom that you receive good customer service any more. I would say the John and Carl went the extra mile to make this a good experience., They also worked well with the car dealership I purchased the car from. They delivered right to my front door. Thanks a lot John and Carl.
