Passport transported my late-husbands car from snowy Montana, to his brother in Massachusetts. We were able to track it via GPS all the way. But even if we couldn't have done that, "Mr Larry The Truck Driver" named by my son who's a Special Olympian, kept in contact with us. He knew it was hard to let go. He was so thoughtful at pickup...moving swiftly but carefully, quiet and calm. He was just as composed at delivery, where my brother-in-law met him with tears. From the very beginning inquiry, I could tell this was a solid outfit. Every communication with John thereafter solidified that. And when Mr Larry shook my hand and told me "It's my Honor, not just my job" I knew it was more than a transport. This company has Heart. They are the Real Deal.
