I contracted this company because of the great reviews. I regret it. On October 29th 2018 I contracted this company to pick up my newly purchased classic in Crystal Lake Illinois and gave them a 3 week window for pickup. 29 Oct - 19 Nov. I had never heard of a transport company busting a 3 week window for pick-up. They did. not only did this company not come through, they emailed me on 17 Nov to tell me the date for pick up from Dispatch was now 26 Nov - 5 Dec. When I wrote the review of what had happened on the Better Business Bureau the reply was that I had not paid the additional $500 for guaranteed dates, so they were sorry but not negligent. I'd understand a day maybe 3 slip if I gave the company a week for pickup. Failing to meet a pickup in a 3 week window and pressing to 4 or 5 is incompetent. I understand delays happen but look at the details. I doubt Passport put any effort into my pickup until the last minute and due to that lack of commitment to their customer were unable to manage a pick up before the holiday. If you choose to use this company, only give them a week and expect them to bust that unless you pay the additional $500.00 for guaranteed dates.
