Excellent Transport Experience

I purchased a vintage car earlier this year and contracted with another nationally known company to transport it. They gave me a 30 delivery window. It seemed long but I wasn't in a rush for the car. The days went by. I called, they said it was still within the time window, etc. etc. Long story short, the car was not picked up in the time frame promised and the customer service was terrible. Especially galling was that I paid for the transport in advance.

I then called Passport and spoke with Scott. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said car would be picked up within a week. It was picked up per his commitment and delivered to me on time. The driver, Dave, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and communicated his whereabouts and schedule perfectly. The truck was immaculate with great details such as plastic sheeting to protect the cars below from drips on the upper cars. A great experience!
