Excellent Service transporting my new Corvette from the National Corvette Musuem

From quote to delivery the entire experience was positive and simple. I had a short phone conversation with John where he went over the process and answered all my upfront questions. Throughout the delivery window I stayed in contact with John over email and he was always prompt with a reply (typically just a few minutes). I was given an estimate of when the car would arrive after it was picked up in Kentucky (which they hit right on target), and then was contacted by the driver, Roger, the day before delivery to setup a time. I asked if he could arrive before I took my son to school ( at 7:00 AM ) and he was happy to do so. To my surprise I saw the truck out front as the sun started to rise and Roger was there early waiting for us He answered all my questions ( and my 6yr old sons questions about the truck and everything else ) he was very friendly and professional the entire time. He took a great deal of care unloading the car and it was clear the same care was given during the loading process.

NOTE: I paid a little extra to have a guaranteed delivery by a specific date. Even with this extra cost the quote was still competitive with similar class of carriers, and they delivered well within the requested time frame.
