This was the first time I had transported a car. I was hesitant/nervous to some extent but after receiving a recommendation from my boss I decided to call Passport. To my surprise they immediately asked me if the car was ready, suggesting they might be able to get to the pick-up location within a day. The driver showed up the next day, loaded the car, and it was in its way. 3 days later we received a call saying the car would be here the next day. We coordinated a time and discussed the drop-off location. Due to very low overpass heights we had to meet in a more accessible area. The driver was familiar with the location and chose a perfect spot to unload the car. the whole experience was perfect. Even the seats were covered with plastic to protect them. I will gladly contact Passport the next time I am moving a car!
