All communications were professional and they provided the services they promised. The driver, James, came out of his way to pick up the car earlier than the route detailed. This got our car safely enclosed and out of the weather for the trip. Prior to this, a transport broker had bid the enclosed transport of our Lexus so low that the car sat in a third party lot for 10 days in harsh weather. Needless to say I cancelled the other broker and contacted Passport instead. Next time I call Passport first. Thanks guys.
