The vehicle was damaged enroute. Driver acknowledged damage on arrival. Sent them a repair estimate on Oct 24th. No arguments about the repair estimate. It is now Nov 26th and I still have not received a check. I 've heard tons of excuses- the boss is out of town (3 times), checks go out on Friday, the check has been signed/whoops no the approval was signed, the check is ready but the signer won't be back for 3 days and on and on. If your vehicle doesn't get damaged they do a good job.
I recieved a check for the full amount on Nov 27, 2012!
