I purchased a 1999 Oldsmobile show van at the Barrett-Jackson auction in January 2012. After the auction, I arranged for transport from Arizona to Kansas City, Missouri and I was told the maximum time it would take would be 3 weeks, or approximately mid-February. The transport took 54+ days, so I lodged complaints on this website, but after that, my complaints about failed communication and late delivery were handled quickly and my vehicle was delivered within just a few days of the original complaints on this website. Owner, Neil Pitt worked through this personally with me by telephone, got the van here and gave me a substantial refund. Neil restored my confidence and I would use - - and recommend - - Passport again. I appreciate Neil Pitt accepting responsibility and being accountable. This means a lot. Thank you.
