I booked an enclosed stand-by transport for a '55 Stude show car in early September, delivery no later than early October. No call, no trip, no nothing. Called in Mid October, and agreed to pay for two full price trips up front and the Stude trip up front if they would just get the Stude done. The full price trips went, the Stude, in Pennsylvania, just sits. No call, no schedule, no story, no apology, no refund, no nothing.
I requested a refund in mid November, again today. Nobody takes responsibility for the deal, nor the delivery estimate, or the reason for the delay.
This company is not the old Passport, believe me. They are just brokers going by the old Passport name.
Sincerely, stay away. I am suing them, and you will end up doing the same thing.

Passport Transport is NOT a broker - we own all of our equipmet. Please note the cusomer describes this move as "stand by". We moved two other cars for this customer at a non-discounted rate with no issues. The car is scheduled to be picked up next week (12/7/2011). We have offered to refund the $1,295 that was paid several times but the customer wants $1,600.
