Damaged the vehicle, acknowledged the damage and refuses to pay for damage. Can't make up his mind whether he delivered the vehicle or an employee delivered. He states he delivered but then why sign his employees name? He stated he was injured but then he changed his mind and decided it was his employee that was injured and that is why he delivered the vehicle. So did he commit insurance fraud as well? DO NOT USE
